Washington, D.C. – House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and members of the House Judiciary Committee today sent a letter to Federal Communications Commission Chairman (FCC) Tom Wheeler expressing deep concern with the FCC’s approval of net neutrality rules that regulate Internet service providers under Title II of the Communications Act.

Washington, D.C. – On Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 1:30 p.m., the House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on the resources and functions of the Copyright Office.  Currently, the Copyright Office is located within the Library of Congress and the Register of Copyrights reports to the Librarian of Congress.  This hearing, which is part of the House Judiciary Committee’s ongoing review of U.S. copyright law, will also examine the merits of this dependent structure.
