Washington, D.C. – The House of Representatives today passed the Fiscal Year 2015 Homeland Security Appropriations bill (H.R. 240) by a vote of 236-191. The House-passed bill includes several amendments that will cut off all funding for President Obama’s unconstitutional actions on immigration, whether it be appropriations funds, agency-collected fees, or anything else.
