Washington, D.C. - The House Judiciary Committee today passed H.R. 3808, the Infrastructure Expansion Act of 2017, by a vote of 16-14. This bill reforms liability laws for federally funded projects and would save taxpayers billions of dollars for new infrastructure and housing projects.
