Washington, D.C. – The House of Representatives today approved by a vote of 403-3 the Justice for Victims of IRS Scams and Identity Theft Act (H.R. 2905). This bipartisan bill, introduced by Congressman David Young (R-Iowa), requires the Attorney General and the Treasury Secretary to report to Congress on federal prosecutions of identity theft and tax scams.
