Washington, D.C. – House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) today issued the following statement on Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ announcement that he will recuse himself from any matters arising from the campaigns for President of the United States:
“Attorney General Sessions did the right thing by recusing himself. Attorney General Sessions is an honorable man who believes in preserving the integrity of the justice system.
