Washington, D.C. – House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) today sent a letter to the President regarding the impact of foreign antitrust enforcement on American citizens and businesses abroad. The letter recommends, among other items, that the President establish a “White House Working Group on International Competition” to coordinate international competition and trade policy within the U.S.
