Washington, D.C. -- On Tuesday, April 17 at 2:00 p.m., the Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet Subcommittee will hold a hearing to examine the effectiveness of U.S. trade secret laws, including the Defend Trade Secrets Act, to protect trade secrets, which include such vital proprietary information as confidential formulas, manufacturing techniques, and even customer lists.

Washington, DC - Today, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) sent a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein requesting copies of former Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Comey’s memos.
