On July 9, 2020, former United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Geoffrey Berman appeared before the Committee for a closed-door transcribed interview. Following the interview, Chairman Jerrold Nadler and Committee Democrats selectively released cherry-picked information trying to paint a misleading and one-sided view of Berman’s testimony.
