The Subcommittee Chairmen are as follows: 

  • The Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust — Chairman Thomas Massie (KY-04)

  • The Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government — Chairman Mike Johnson (LA-04)

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) just sent letters to White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, Attorney General Garland, FBI Director Wray, DHS Secretary Mayorkas, Education Secretary Cardona, ATF Director Dettelbach, and DEA Administrator Milgram renewing outstanding requests for communications and documents. For two years, the Biden Administration has stonewalled Congress, refused to comply with basic document requests, and avoided transparency and accountability for its failures.
