The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government will hold a hearingon Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Revisiting the Implications of the FACE Act," will examine recent attacks on pregnancy centers, pro-life facilities, and the Biden Administration's use of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
