WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight will hold a hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET. The hearing, "Restoring Law and Order in High-Crime U.S. Cities," will examine how Democrat-run cities and their soft-on-crime policies have enabled violent crime to rise unchecked. The hearing will also explore how the Trump-Vance Administration is restoring law and order in some of these cities through the deployment of the U.S. National Guard and federal law enforcement entities.
