WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight will hold a hearing on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. ET. The hearing, "Restoring Election Integrity: Oversight of Voter Fraud in New Jersey," will examine the importance of upholding American civil liberties and defending the integrity of American elections. Specifically, the hearing will explore how roughly 6,600 noncitizens were improperly registered to vote in New Jersey between June 2023 and June 2024, and how approximately 400 of them voted in unspecified elections during this timeframe.
