WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight will hold a hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. ET. The hearing, "The Human Toll of Sanctuary Policies: Stories from Victims and Families," will focus on the stories of Angel Families whose lives have been forever altered by the violence of criminal aliens. The hearing will also examine how Democrats' sanctuary policies protect criminal aliens at the expense of American citizens, allowing violent offenders to be released into our communities.
