WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight and the Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust will hold a joint hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET. The hearing, "Fighting Obamacare Subsidy Fraud: Is the Administrative Procedure Act Working as Intended?," will examine Obamacare subsidies, including the Biden-Harris COVID-19 enhanced subsidies that are set to expire at the end of 2025. The hearing will also examine how the subsidies inflate health care costs and create an environment for waste, fraud, and abuse.
