Washington, D.C. - A group of House Republicans today sent a letter to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs regarding the EPA’s recent “endangerment” ruling on carbon dioxide. On December 7, 2009, the EPA found that carbon dioxide and other “greenhouse gases” endanger public health and welfare.
