Regulatory Reform Subcommittee to Hold Oversight Hearing on Department of Justice Programs

Washington, D.C. -- On Thursday, June 8, 2017, at 1:00 p.m., the Subcommittee on Regulatory Reform, Commercial and Antitrust Law will hold an oversight hearing to examine the activities of four Department of Justice (DOJ) components (Civil; Tax; Environment and Natural Resources; and the U.S. Trustee Program) within the House Judiciary Committee’s jurisdiction. The hearing will focus on the operations and activities of these vitally important sectors of the Department of Justice.
This hearing is the fifth in a series to examine the Justice Department and its components in order to identify matters that are in need of reform.
