Regulatory Reform Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on Problem of States Regulating Beyond their Borders

Washington, D.C. -- On Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., the Subcommittee on Regulatory Reform, Commercial and Antitrust Law Subcommittee will hold a hearing on the growing problem of states imposing regulatory burdens on out-of-state businesses and the No Regulation without Representation Act of 2017 (H.R. 2887), which addresses the problem.
