Judiciary Republicans Release Transcripts with Former Jack Smith Prosecutors and Former DOJ OIG Agent

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the House Judiciary Committee released transcripts from the Committees' transcribed interviews with five former prosecutors for former Special Counsel Jack Smith and a former Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General Agent concerning the Biden-Harris DOJ's Arctic Frost investigation and the subsequent Special Counsel investigation, where investigators unconstitutionally subpoenaed phone records for over a dozen Republican Members of Congress and obtained gag orders to prevent the Members from knowing that the Biden-Harris Administration had obtained these records.
