Washington, D.C. - Yesterday, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) appeared on “Sunday Morning Futures” on Fox News to discuss the firing of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and renew the call for a second special counsel to investigate inconsistencies in decisions made by the Department of justice in 2016. “I think the Attorney General did the right thing. It was the appropriate decision given the reports of his having leaked internal information to the media and then giving false information about that misleading information to those investigating the matter.
