Goodlatte Welcomes Rep. Rutherford to Judiciary Committee

Washington, D.C. -- Today, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) welcomed Representative John Rutherford (R-Fla.) to the House Judiciary Committee.
