Goodlatte Welcomes Additional Republican to Judiciary Committee

Washington, D.C. – Today House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) welcomed Representative Martha Roby (R-Ala.) to the House Judiciary Committee for the 115th Congress. Chairman Goodlatte: “I am pleased to welcome Martha Roby to the House Judiciary Committee for the 115th Congress.  As an attorney, Congressman Roby will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Committee.  I look forward to working with Martha to advance our pro-growth agenda that is focused on making America stronger and more competitive.” In addition to Representative Roby, it was announced earlier this week that Representatives Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), and Mike Johnson (R-La.) will be joining the House Judiciary Committee for the 115thCongress. The House Republican Steering Committee has recommended these committee assignments and they are still pending approval by the Republican Conference. ###
