Crime Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on Efforts to Reduce Crime Among Youth

Washington, D.C. – On Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., the Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations Subcommittee will hold a hearing titled, “Juvenile Justice Reform in the Modern Era.” The hearing will examine current practices in the juvenile justice system, different approaches states are using to address juvenile contact with the criminal justice system, and ways to prevent crime among youth.
