Collins commends President Trump for prioritizing intellectual property, American jobs

WASHINGTON -- Ranking Member Doug Collins (R-Ga.) commends the Trump Administration for its efforts to protect American trade secrets and jobs. President Trump highlighted intellectual property in his State of the Union address yesterday and in his administration’s release of the Annual Intellectual Property Report.“The future of American innovation and the livelihoods of millions of Americans rest on the need to protect intellectual property,” said Collins. “President Trump has been very clear that his administration is prioritizing IP and the protection of U.S. trade secrets.
