WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (OH-04) announced Subcommittee leadership for the 119th Congress.

The Subcommittee Chairmen are as follows: 

  • The Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust — Chairman Scott Fitzgerald (WI-05)

     
  • The Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government — Chairman Chip Roy (TX-21)

     
  • The Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet — Chairman Darrell Issa (CA-48)

     
  • The Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance — Chairman Andy Biggs (AZ-05)

     
  • The Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement — Chairman Tom McClintock (CA-05)
