WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government will hold a hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "From Tool to Weapon: The FACE Act and the Dangers of Federalizing Criminal Law," will examine the Biden-Harris Administration's weaponization of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act and the Constitutional implications of over-federalizing criminal law.
