WASHINGTON, D.C. - The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust will hold a hearing on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Reining in the Administrative State: Regulatory and Administrative Law Reform," will build on the oversight conducted by the Subcommittee during the 118th Congress, and give members an opportunity to explore concerns about the administrative state, with a particular focus on agency rulemaking procedures and agencies' internal adjudication.
