Reining in the Administrative State: Agency Adjudication and Other Agency Action

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust will hold a hearing on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Reining in the Administrative State: Agency Adjudication and Other Agency Action," will examine problems that stem from how some federal agencies sue defendants in the agencies' own in-house courts. In addition to the defects of such in-house adjudication, the hearing will explore ways Congress should improve the status quo.
