WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Oversight of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act," will examine the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and potential legislative reforms. The hearing will also examine FISA's role in national security and its constitutional and privacy implications.
