Oversight of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives

The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Oversight of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)," will examine the agency's Pistol Brace rule, the "Frame or Receiver" rule, and its policy of "zero-tolerance" for Federal Firearms Licenses, among other oversight topics.
