WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet will hold a hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Medicines and IP: Balancing Innovation and Access," will examine how to balance robust patent rights with greater access to affordable medicines, like generics and biosimilars, to sustain the United States' innovative edge in today's environment.
