WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust will hold a field hearing on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET. The field hearing, "Examining Healthcare Markets: Fraud and Competition," will examine the effect of mergers, certificate of need laws, regulations, vertical integration, and fraudulent insurance practices on healthcare access and affordability in the U.S.
