WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet will hold a hearing on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Court Packing: A Threat to the Supreme Court's Legitimacy," will examine the history and perils of court packing and other policy proposals that threaten to undermine the integrity of the judicial branch.
