WASHINGTON, D.C. - The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust will hold a hearing on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Antitrust Law and the NCAA: Examining the Current Climate," will examine issues for the Committee's consideration including antitrust liability for NCAA rules concerning NIL payments, transfers, and eligibility.
