Washington, D.C. – House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) today welcomed back Representative Keith Rothfus (R-Pa.) to the House Judiciary Committee. He previously served on the House Judiciary Committee in the 113th Congress.
