Examining Proposed Constitutional Amendments

The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government will hold a hearing on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. ET. The hearing, "Examining Proposed Constitutional Amendments," will review Article V of the Constitution and proposed amendments, including those limiting congressional terms and mandating a balanced federal budget.
